Maybe it’s all of the above! Regardless of your reasons for visiting, I sincerely hope we can provide answers to your questions, and entertainment for your pleasure.
Why We’re Here
We noticed the occasional lack of personal touch in the world of gaming reviews. Though there are many great sites with heaps more content, there’s something to be said for the indie blogs who play a whole game through, regardless of who’s reading. For us, this isn’t just a paycheck, it’s a passion.
We aim to make truly honest reviews based on what it feels like to play the game. Instead of hyper-focusing on objective technical aspects in a game, we’ll tell you if that actually makes it fun.
We won’t write a glowing review in order to stay in a developers good graces, we will speak our minds. No affiliate links, no paid-for reviews, just honest critique.
Most Importantly, we aren’t just focused on games with mass appeal or critical acclaim. We will dive headfirst in to the ocean of indie games and report back our findings. Remember: we exist to make your life easier.
Our greatest advantage here is that we’re small. You have a game you want our opinion on? Let us know! As we grow, you’ll get to know our team and can feel confident that the review you are receiving is in the right hands.
A Heads Up
In the early stages of this blog, we will be reviewing a variety of games in different genres, styles, and price points. To start, however, these games will primarily be those available on the Nintendo Switch, XBOX, and various legacy consoles.
If you primarily play PlayStation, exclusives to your console will be out of our realm of possibility for the near future. As far as PC goes: anticipate us dabbling into the world of Steam, and not much else. Luckily, many GamePass options will translate from XBOX to PC (especially if you use GP Ultimate).
